This policy explains how ForwardAxis Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("ForwardAxis", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website, forwardaxis.sg, and enquiries made through it. We aim to handle personal data in line with the principles of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Personal data we collect

This website is a simple information site. We collect only limited personal data:

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to include, such as your organisation or phone number.
• Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure.

The website does not currently have a contact form, user accounts or online payments. If we introduce a contact form, it will collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry, and we will update this policy before it goes live.

2. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not currently use any analytics service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, we intend to use a privacy-conscious service and will update this policy to describe what is collected.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate, namely to:

• respond to enquiries and correspondence;
• discuss, prepare and follow up on business, partnership or procurement matters you have raised;
• operate, maintain and secure this website; and
• comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

4. Consent

By contacting us, you consent to us using the information you provide for the purpose of responding to you. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the address below. If you do, we may not be able to continue the related correspondence or business discussion.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except where needed to provide our services and operate our business — for example, our website hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) and our email provider — or where required by law. These service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

6. Protection and retention

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

7. Access and correction

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you or ask us to correct it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and in line with the PDPA. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Links to other websites

If this website links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.
