Capabilities

Engineering, optimisation and data science for operational problems

We work where decisions are constrained, data is messy and the cost of getting it wrong is real. Our work spans four connected areas.

01

AI & Automation

Practical AI and workflow automation designed around real operational needs — from decision support to process automation and agentic workflows.

Typical work

  • Document and data extraction
  • Workflow and process automation
  • Decision-support assistants
  • Agentic workflows with human review steps

02

Software & Optimisation

Purpose-built software for scheduling, resource allocation, operational planning and other constraint-heavy problems.

Typical work

  • Scheduling and timetabling
  • Resource and manpower allocation
  • Operational planning tools
  • Constraint modelling and validation

03

Data & Analytics

Analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection and decision-support systems that turn complex operational data into actionable insight.

Typical work

  • Dashboards and operational reporting
  • Forecasting and demand planning
  • Anomaly and exception detection
  • Data pipelines and data quality

04

Industrial Intelligence

Data-driven solutions for industrial operations, including condition monitoring, predictive analytics, optimisation and digital-twin-style modelling.

Typical work

  • Condition and performance monitoring
  • Predictive maintenance analytics
  • Process and energy optimisation
  • Digital-twin-style process models

How we work

A practical, evidence‑led delivery approach

  1. Understand the problem

Clarify the operational objective, the people involved, the constraints and the data available.

  2. Model and prototype

Build a working model early, test it against real scenarios and adjust before scaling up.

  3. Build for use

Develop the solution with appropriate access control, validation and a usable interface.

  4. Measure and refine

Track the agreed objectives after deployment and refine the solution based on evidence.
